North Urban Development Partners (NUDP) is a GTA-based real estate investment and development company focused on missing middle and midrise mixed use developments across the Greater Toronto Area.

We exist to address a persistent gap in the region's housing supply: the shortage of well designed, appropriately scaled homes between single family houses and high rise towers, the townhomes, lowrise multiplexes, and midrise buildings that make neighbourhoods work at a human scale.

Our investment thesis is grounded in two durable forces. First, the GTA's housing demand remains structurally undersupplied relative to population growth, and that gap is most acute in the missing middle segment.

We believe missing middle housing is not just a good investment strategy, it's good city building. Every project we take on is evaluated not only for its financial fundamentals but for how well it fits its neighbourhood, supports transit oriented growth, and adds to the diversity of housing choices.
