Cole Braithwaite is a founding partner of NUDP and a CCIM designated investment professional specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential development land transactions across the GTA. Cole is active in CCIM, the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, and Habitat for Humanity, keeping him closely connected to industry trends and the communities NUDP serves.
